I have decided to use some new technology to not only get myself going in the right direction, but to motivate others to do the same.
I downloaded this relatively new app called Periscope. People from all over the world are using it to connect to each other.
For the next 30 days, I will be doing LIVE video broadcasts in which I will explore the positive steps I am taking right now in my recovery journey. Today, I talked about exercise while walking on my treadmill!
